Samsung has launched a infant edition of the favourite F480 touchscreen phone, named Samsung TouchWiz F488i and acquirable exclusive in Hong Kong (for the instance at least).

The F488i comes with an upgraded “3x TouchWiz User Interface”, which includes Shortcut Pages and Extended Desktop. The F488i also offers Online Widgets, Social Networking Widgets (MySpace, Facebook, YouTube, Picasa, Flickr), Feature Tab Page View, and Photo Contracts.

Other features are kindred to the ones create in the F480/F488: 240 x 400 pixels display, GSM and HSDPA connectivity, composition viewer and 5MP autofocus camera with diode flash.

Samsung didn’t feature if there module be a dweller F480 with upgraded TouchWiz UI too.
